Refund Policy

For US/Canada Returns:

SEALED BOTTLE RETURN POLICY:

To return your order, products must be unopened and in sellable condition See below for return instructions. (Any and all shipping fees associated w a return are non-refundable). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all items should be returned in their original product packaging.

There will be a $10 restocking and handling fee applied to all sealed and unopened returned packages.

Any package returned as REFUSED (meaning you do not open the package and do not pay the shipping fees to send it back to us) will be charged a refusal fee of 10% of the order amount which will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Additionally, packages returned as "undeliverable" may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned as "undeliverable" and the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, a $9.99 returned shipping fee will be deducted from any refund if the address error was the customer’s error. If the return was a result of our error Immortal Herbs will pay the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping.

Receiving a Refund

After we receive and process your return we will refund your product or products.

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 12 to 14 business days for Warehouse (us) to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Return Policy Restrictions
If your order is returned to us as banned / restricted products, wrong address, or because no one was available to accept delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of your order minus initial shipping charges as well as other charges we may incur due to the refusal, including but not limited to warehousing fees, quarantine fees, and returned shipping fees. If a re-ship is requested, customer is responsible for the original cost of the shipment, including shipping charges.
